Contact form and enquiries
When you submit the form, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected service area, message and essential technical information related to the submission.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, continue the conversation and prepare a possible collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general messages, we may rely on our legitimate interest in responding and protecting the website against misuse.
Retention
We retain enquiries and related correspondence for as long as necessary to handle them, but no longer than 24 months after the last communication unless a contractual relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Messages submitted through the form are received only by Michal Sadílek. They are not shared with other hub members or third parties without a legal basis.
Technical operation
When the website is loaded, the server may process an IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type and information required for security and diagnostics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
The contact form uses a temporary technical session to protect against excessive submissions. It is not used for marketing or analytics and expires when the browser session ends.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics tools are loaded only after your active consent. Refusing consent does not affect access to the website. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. The website remembers the choice for 180 days.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources and aggregated use of individual pages. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Depending on the service configuration, user-level and event-level data may be retained for up to 14 months.
Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors navigate the website and interact with its elements. It may record pseudonymised interactions such as clicks, scrolling, technical device characteristics and session playback. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Session recordings are normally available for 30 days; aggregated click data, heatmaps and labelled sessions may be retained for up to 9 months.
The legal basis for analytics is your consent. Google and Microsoft may involve companies outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Who may process the data
- Active24 as the web hosting and email service provider,
- WebSupport as Active24's principal technical hosting infrastructure subcontractor,
- Google Ireland Limited when Google Analytics is enabled,
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited when Microsoft Clarity is enabled,
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Service providers process data only to the extent required to provide their services and under their contractual and security terms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, email michal@sadilekdesign.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
